Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leakage Finder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leakage Finder is a billing reconciliation tool for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). It compares vendor billing data (e.g., Microsoft 365) against PSA billing data (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) to identify revenue leakage from unbilled or underbilled licenses.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Leakage Finder offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via Stripe.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the reconciliation service.

• We do not access, read, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the data you provide.
• You may request deletion of all your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that reconciliation results are 100% accurate — results should be verified against your own records before taking action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leakage Finder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
